Details About Our Association Meetings

• All Smith parents/community members are welcome to attend
• Until further notice, association meetings will take place via Zoom
• Details including time and Zoom information will be shared before the meeting
• Note that per the Association Bylaws, written notice must be given to the President, Freddie, at least fourteen (14) days before the Association Meeting in order to have an item of business or announcement placed on the Association Meeting Agenda
• In addition, per the Association Bylaws, the President must prepare and provide written notice of the Agenda to the members at least ten (10) days before the Association Meeting

• These are closed meetings attended by elected board positions
• Updates are reported at general association meetings
