Celebrate your student’s birthday on the marquee!!!
Surprise your student by having his/her name displayed on the Smith marquee — all while supporting the PTA sponsored school programs. The birthday message will read “Happy Birthday (student’s name)” and will be displayed on a rotating display throughout the day on both marquees. Saturday birthdays will be displayed on Fridays; Sunday birthdays will be displayed on Mondays. If your student has a summer birthday, considering celebrating his/her half birthday.
The cost is $20 per child if the form is submitted before Friday, October 29. After October 29, the cost is $25 per child. Please return the form below and payment (cash or a check made payable to Smith PTA) to the school office. All forms submitted after October 29 must be received at least one week in advance of the student’s birthday.
